damn, tis looking good, I may have to buy this. Love the sound effects on BF, particularly Bad Company, they got the ambient sound of gunfire just perfect. Have Bad Company on 360 which would probably be better on PC, is this coming to PC?

yeah its coming to PC, and most major consoles. im not a console man so i've had to wait a while for this since BF2/2142 (2142 was fun but its just a patch that adds on to BF2 in my opinion).
Hopefully this will make up for OF2:DR and MW2 being poo for PC. Im sure it will, but thats just me. EA apparently have taken loads of feedback from users on MW2 so they wont be making the same moronic mistakes.
And on a futher note i love the intro music to the latest BF series' it shall be my ringtone as soon as i cbb.......

This game looks hench, but after all the games I bought (and added to my list of games i've never played) in the steam sales, I may put off buying it for a year or 2

yeah, i dont think i can play it unless my laptop can run it. I bought a new rig a few weeks ago, it was intense, then it didnt work, and i got a normal / non gaming rig instead so i dont know if i can play it now... :'(

yeah i saw the recommended specs, pretty intense shit right there, but the minimum wasn't that epic tbh, i just guess that depends on how old your lappy is
on the other hand, I think it wouldn't give the game its justice if you played it on all lowest settings

Anyone else playing the Beta? I know Jeeva is, if you wanna play add me (3agle, shows up as 03agle, a bug I expect), that is of course, when the friends list decides to work
Personally I think this game is shaping up to be something amazing, my clan are considering all migrating to it once the alpha is out. Not seen enough of it yet really, but it sets one hell of a first impression, if you liked BF2 (how could you not tbh), you will LOVE this.

It is a good time, though there are some things I miss from t'ol' classic BF2. =o
But BFBC2 is good times, and heartily (hm, though that was hartily) recommended.

I think I'll get this for PS3. I'm on the same par with laptops. Or I steal my bro's gaming rig. Tough choices, all leading to my demise! xD

lols, yeah flying is a little tricky, mark of the Battlefield series, least its realistic. I'm starting to get used to it though, pretty fun once you can fly

If you follow Zero Punctuation youll know hes reviewing is mainly done tongue in cheek... however how 'true' would those of you who have played it say his review is? (Not played it yet myself!)

Yahtzee is fairly vocal about only ever reviewing games for the single player (partially due to being in Australia, where ping for everywhere is abysmal). Other games he's done this to include Borderlands, Halo 3 and MW2.
Overall, the game is a biolioijoijosnognsothuantbousrtnbdiortbnmsotbujnsrtoubsntbsrotbarmpaweofkawpqfd;sv,lfdblosdmgboslermgawoirbmae-gasm, on disc. I recommend it.
