Society PS3

Hey guys, will and myself were walking around game today looking to buy some games for the societies new PS3. We were looking around for games to get but will being an xbox fan boy and myself being a PC whore we don't have much knowledge of what PS3 games are good for multiplayer.

Games we have so far:
DJ Hero
Flower
Infamous
Little Big Planet
Motor Storm
Fat Princess

Games we might get:
Kill Zone 2
Uncharted 2

If you have any ideas of games we should get (has to be availble for PS3 or on the PSN) then let us know here and we'll check them out.

Being a MASSIVE fan of Killzone on PS2 I would love to see Killzone 2, looks pretty shiney

killzone 2 has no offline multiplayer though but it still is a really good game

I'm willing to venture a guess that someone will want a sports game. I'm all for some sort of football game if required. Maybe some PES or Fifa, I dunno. Everyone in my previous college played those sort of games.

really? no offline multiplayer?? the first one did so that sux, probly better off gettin games that are multiplayer offline tbh :/

Don't know if that many ppl are into the whole PES FIFA thing anymore, I got bored of their constant one-upmanship and don't really play em anymore.

Rainbow Six Vegas 2 was good (on pc at least) but I feel we should get some games that test the ps3 more, after all, that is the reason why they are more expensive

To add a little random input, if possible you should add motorstorm 2 to the list, the multiplayer is brilliant, and as a whole the game is certainly better than the previous title.
As for the whole fifa/pes mess, if you're going to buy anything, buy fifa10, it's like a thousand times better in pretty much every way than previous fifa games, and noticably better than any pes game I've played, too.

Otherwise, so far so good.

I think everyone's come up with the top possible games. Now all we need are some obscure ones, like Area 51 or Mercenaries.

Mercenaries is total droolage. And that doesn't mean bad.
