Any ideas for the Gaming soc put them here.

So far Jay and I are thinking our own Lanageddon/Lanapaloozza, Visits to the Trocadero and video game live, Game City Nottingham in October, Loads of comps and Tourneys internal and varsity, organizing online matches and system link, meetings for game makers, trips down pub and the arcade.

Anything else, let us know!

comps and torneys... COMPS AND TORNEY!!! soudns well good. Hmm let me think. We could try get a sponsor as well, im sure some places are willing, I know bzr and yellow bar sponsor. Dunno what we would do for them. Visit them I guess.

I had a great idea. because im so cocky about my GH skills ill shave my head if anyone can beat me at GH.

The same thing can apply to tom and his mad DoA skills. if anyone can beat him at that then he will need to spend the rest of the night in a dress or something.

I think guitar hero is kinda redundant now, its all about rock band and GH world tour. We should do a battle of the bands, with GH4 it could even be that the band has to write their own song.

Im all up for pc lan parties of bring your own pc. but for one thing, how the hell are we all gonna get our stuff there. ok yer am only in sandby but i cant be arse to carry my rig over there, a) some twats bound to try and nick it, b ) some twats gonna try and nick it, C) its a fucking monster. inless theres a way off aranging transport for them all etc, minibus pcik up off it all then drive down to the back entrance or somet. am not just moaning here am sure theres others out there who dont wanna carry there rig back and forth.

I think we should do all of the thngs suggested! i can carry my PC around clifton campus fairly easy but no way could i get that thing to city, so mayb need transport if stuff is gonna be there?
Also, im not too shabby at GH myself, n my flat won the Rock Band comp at freshers so i think i could take ya all javascript:emoticonp('Twisted Evil')

Im also up for console/LAN parties, socials etc, jus give me an email ill be there!

I'm more than willing to give 3 people a lift with rigs to Clifton campus - gots me a 1.8L Focus, might aswell use it and play my part, but anyone with water cooling still has an issue Wink
