So yeah, I started playing this more now, just wondered if there were any Quake 3 arena pros here with any handy tips and such Would be cool to play around with some people that I kinda know (lol) aswell.
If you haven't played quake 3 or quake live. Do it
Quake live is a browser based version of quake 3, goes full screen though so its not homo, you need firefox or IE to run it though. If you don't fancy that you can download the quake 3 arena demo form steam and play aboooot.
But yeah.. Lets play =]

I used to play a quake demo whilst in high school. You'd have the computer room full of people playing it on a LAN server with each other. I ended up at the top of the leaderboard once or twice, I must add.
It was going great, till the computer technician started banning people for playing it.
So yeah, might give it a try at some point. I saw this on Click once so it must be good.

Well I signed up, but I'm debating about whether to put it on my laptop, or the PC upstairs which is worse than my laptop but at least has a mouse and bigger screen.

Jeez, I can't even get past the training part on my laptop. Touchpad is bad for fragging.
