| Completely late to the party, I know, Quake Live hits open beta this week! It's really smooth, the skillmatching (or rather, l33tpr0s are pwning n00bs) is a bit broken, but the experience is good and fun. =) This is the late part: I've got a couple of invites I didn't realise I had, so if anyone desperately wants to reserve their username before the whole internet gets on this, post up or something. It's currently supporting Windows, and apparently linux through the magic of Wine (though I've had no luck with that so far, from a half hour of trying), and soon Macs. So huzzah, Will, you can join in the mouse/KB revolution!

| yeah man, i got an invite to the beta awhile ago, was surprised at how fun it was. i'd play it more, but it was terribly laggy here, unless i played it at like 3 in the morning. | |

| Yeah, I'm having massive problems here too, just completely non-lag-based-lag-fail, somehow. It defies explanation!
B'yeah, I also got three email invites. =) Didn't realise I got non-email based ones, just found them the other night. | |
