From my experience of last year I picked up a few helpful nick nacks that made poverty easier.

Discover the amazing world of cooking with potatos. 1000 diffrent ways to have them, my personal favorite was cubed and then roasted covered with lea and perrins and thyme. then you whack a fried egg on top and cover it in tommato sauce YUM!

stock up on tinned food like tuna, its a life saver

buying tinned soup when its on offer is a good idea. dont worry about storage space, just stack it and put a pillow on top. HEY PRESTO! you've got another seat in your flat!

lend bread, milk and cheese to your flatmates if they need it. this is the holy trinity of food. a shared pizza will be forgotten but when someones craving a sandwitch/tea/cheese you will earn mega bonus friend points that wont expire untill the end of the year!

also, and this is probably the best thing i've EVER discovered... the box your pizza comes in is the perfect plate. sturdy, perfect size and dispossable! you can even give yourself bonus hippy points for your amazing reduce, reuse, recycle skillz.

Pro advice. So what did everyone get Friday? Personally I hooked up Far Cry 2 and Dead Space, both pro titles.

I just got my monthly bills in eek. Will be ilegaly downloading most or all titles. Getting farcry 2 at uni tomorrow and deadspace also! Will buy gears 2 for sure thos. Love the comic hehe

ill probably get deadspace as it looked pro when i was watching will play it. i cant really afford to buy that many games. plus with WotLK coming out i should try to get ahead of my work as much as possible so i can whore some levels quickly and get into a good progressing guild.

i got dead space this weekend, which is great. and i'll be getting fallout 3 as soon as it comes out. ohh and little big planet, when it finally releases. i want fable 2 as well, but i dont have my xbox up here :/

got fable 2, epic game. not as much free roaming as i was led to expect though. probably gonna get fallout 3 aswell :]. i save bare cash cos i cant go out atm lol.

I've got FarCray 2 coming in the post in a couple weeks as I did something silyl and went n bought BFG GTX260 which comes with the game. Definitely starting to feel like that picture though :p Mostly playing WotLK and Fallout3 atm
